When I first met Evans I was overweight (due to not excercising and eating unhealthy foods). With the birth of my first child coming, I knew it was time for a change and to conquer my fear of working out at the gym and eating healthy. Knowing how insightful and knowledgeable Evans is about fitness and eating healthy foods, I decided to hire him as my trainer. Evans is very personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. He always pushes me further towards my goals and helps me get past my comfort levels to get stronger. What impressed me the most about Evans is his knowledge of how my muscles work and how far it can be pushed within the first session. He knew what weights I should use and the foods that I should eat in order to see changes from our workouts. In working with Evans for the last 5 months, I have lost 20 pounds and have gained muscle and gradually toned down my body to be more fitted. Evans has truly helped me reach goals that would have taken me years to do in short period of time. I am very satisfied with my progress. In fact, I have reached many of my goals and we have made new ones together. He is an excellent trainer and I won’t be leaving him anytime soon.
